How to Add the Solayer Emerald Card to Alipay

The Solayer Emerald Card is a Visa card issued internationally, and it can be added to Alipay for seamless payments at supported merchants and platforms. This guide walks you through each step using the actual Alipay interface.

Step 1: Open the Alipay App

  • Launch the Alipay app on your smartphone.
  • Log in to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to “Bank Card”

  • Tap the Account tab at the bottom right.
  • Tap Bank Cards under your profile.

Note: The Solayer Emerald Card is a Visa international card. Some features may vary depending on your region.

Step 3: Enter Your Card Information

  • Open the Solayer app → Card tab → View details.
  • Copy and paste the following information:
    • Card number
    • Expiry date
    • CVV (Security Code)
  • Enter the card number into Bank Card No. field.

Step 4: Add Expiry Date and CVV

  • Enter the expiration date (MM/YY) and CVV2 (3-digit security code) from the Solayer app.

Step 5: Agree to Terms and Submit

  • Tap Agree to Terms and Add to complete the process.
  • Alipay will attempt to validate the card.

Step 6: Card Added Successfully

  • A success screen will confirm that your Visa (Solayer) card has been added to [My Bank Cards].

Important Usage Notice

  • Compatible with: Alipay QR payments, online checkouts, and in-app transactions.
  • Since the Solayer Emerald Card is an international bank card, Alipay may restrict further payments once your cumulative spending reaches 15,000 CNY.
  • If this limit is reached, you will be prompted to complete identity verification.
