Step-by-step guide to linking your Solayer Emerald Card to Venmo for seamless digital payments in the United States.
Venmo is a widely-used U.S. mobile payment app. You can add your Solayer Emerald Card (Visa) to Venmo for both peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers and merchant transactions.
Step 1: Open the Venmo App
- Launch the Venmo app on your smartphone.
- Log in to your Venmo account.
Step 2: Navigate to Wallet
- Tap the “Me” tab (bottom right profile icon).
- Tap “Wallet.”
Step 3: Add Your Solayer Emerald Card
- In the “Banks and Cards” section, swipe left and tap “Add a bank or card…”
- Select “Card.”
- Open the Solayer app → Card tab → View details.
Step 4: Enter Card Information
Copy and paste the following:
- Card Number
- Expiration Date (MM/YY)
- CVV (3-digit security code)
Step 5: Confirm
- Tap “Add.”
- Venmo will verify your card.
- Upon success, it will appear under your Payment Methods.
Important Usage Notes
Compatible with:
- Venmo peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers
- Online checkouts via authorized merchants
- QR code payments in stores that accept Visa cards through Venmo
U.S. usage only – international use is generally not supported.
Identity verification may be required for high-value transactions.
You can add up to 4 cards within a 6-month period. Even removed cards count toward this limit.
A 3% fee may apply when using credit cards for payments. Some card issuers may classify Venmo payments as cash advances, which may incur additional fees.
